Atkore International has launched a dedicated telephone sales line and online chat facility for electrical wholesalers and contractors looking for a fast and convenient way to order products from the new Koreflex range of flexible conduits and glands.

The facility is headed up by sales coordinator, Claire Wallis, who has over ten years of experience in helping customers select the correct conduit for their application,

Koreflex customers can receive a range of technical support to help answer common queries relating to specification and product performance between 8 am to 5 pm, five days a week.  All Koreflex products are held in stock and available for next day delivery if ordered by 2.30 pm; including single lengths of conduits, glands and accessories as well as the popular contractors’ packs.

The online chat facility is available on the website, (just look for the speech bubble icon on the bottom right of your screen)  Recognising that customers are often on site and need technical advice and support quickly and easily, the facility has been optimised for mobile devices. This allows installers and contractors to liaise with a member of the Koreflex sales team, find out further information and order product directly.
