Where are Atkore’s offices?
Atkore has many manufacturing facilities throughout the UK. Our registered offices are in West Bromwich, West Midlands, United Kingdom.
Where are Koreflex products manufactured?
Koreflex products are manufactured in the United Kingdom. We are part of a global company but we manufacture Koreflex products in the Midlands so we can maintain quality and deliver service excellence.
Do Koreflex products have any approvals?
Koreflex products carry a range of approvals. Our factory is quality audited to BS EN ISO9001. Our products have been tested to meet basic conduit standards such as EN 61386.

Technical information on Koreflex products is available via our product data sheets.These are available on request, and can be emailed, faxed or posted. Our product range has been designed with simplicity in mind, but should you have any specific questions we will be happy to help.
What is your Koreflex product returns’ policy?
We do not accept Koreflex product returns unless the products are deemed faulty.
Placing an Order with Koreflex
Do you have a Koreflex pricelist you can send to me?
Yes, we can email, fax or post a pricelist to you. Let us have your contact details through the contact us page on our website.
If I have an account with other Atkore brands (e.g. Unistrut, Marco), can I order from Koreflex?
No, you will still need to open a new account to purchase and trade with Koreflex, even if you have an existing account with other Atkore brands.
How do I place an order with Koreflex?

How quickly can you deliver Koreflex products?
We offer standard delivery of 1-2 days or overnight delivery for an additional charge.
Further Questions
Do you have any Koreflex datasheets that I can give to my customers?
Datasheets are available on request. Please email us and we will reply with a pdf copy. This is explained further in our ‘Understanding our Products’ section above.
Can I come and collect Koreflex product from you?
We do not offer customer collections of Koreflex products. If you require product urgently, we can arrange a next day delivery service for £12.50 minimum, depending on the volumes.
